What I got was two buns with ketchup onions and cheese and a box with two patties, and a bunch of onions. This isn't the first time this mcdonald's got my order wrong. I'll just go with a different mcdonald's or go somewhere that doesn't have disgruntled staff.

- LCLenell CheekOct 23, 20251.0I went to the drive thru and I tried to use a survey code to get a buy one get one sandwich deal from doing an online survey. On line it says that you can use the code at any McDonald's, nation wide, that accepts codes. Well I was told because my original purchase hadn't been made at this particular McDonald's that I couldn't use the coupon at that store. Maybe this McDonald's should opt out of the survey if they aren't going to honor a coupon at their store. I was told their manager is tired of giving away free food. We'll technically it's not free food because you still have to buy their overpriced food. The employees made me feel like I was robbing the restaurant. I had asked ahead of time if they accept receipts with codes on from completing surveys and they said Yes but when I got to the window that's when they told me that I couldn't use that coupon at that McDonald's. In today's economy every penny counts and being a senior citizen on social security every penny counts even more. I do buy things from this McDonald's but I don't think that I'll be coming back to this one.
