I placed my order, paid, and then mistakenly pulled toward the second window instead of the first. At that point, the employee physically leaned out of the drive-thru window, yelled at me, and used profanity, saying that he said the first window and cussing at me as if I were stupid. This was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I immediately reversed. When I requested a refund—since my food had not been prepared yet—the employee refused and stated: “You’re taking your food and you’re not getting a refund.” Given his aggressive attitude, I did not feel comfortable accepting food prepared by him and left without receiving food or a refund. The employee was a tall white male with brown hair working the drive-thru at that time. Management should easily be able to identify who was on duty. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

I know it's a pain to special order them but I think they are too sweet as is so I asked for a shot of espresso. And because of the season, they have peppermint syrup so I asked for that as well. I just want to say thank you to whoever made it because it really was a perfect balance.
