I like this McDonald's when a mistake happens they are quick to make it right. My concern is the cleanliness of the play area and bathrooms. Please clean the play area or shut it down.

I came into this location on November 13 2025, the all female crew has been extremely disrespectful, catching attitudes with nearly all male customers wial treating the female base with slightly less disrespect. The food I ordered was just thrown together with little care about how the customer would react and after placing my order on the mobile app it said it was ready after 15 mins of waiting, when I arrived to pick my food up they asked if I was waiting for something and when I responded with my order number they just rolled there eyes and to me what felt like a deliberate act of disrespect took an additional 20 minutes to put my 3 items in the bag. I do not understand why it is so difficult it is to treat paying customers with civility and respect. If I could give this location a 0 star review, I would do so without hesitation.
Not to mention the broken drive through menu screen that has been broken for nearly a year and a half, the stores curb appeal is amazing with well maintained exterior but the moment you walk inside the first thing you see is employees just standing around on there phones, ignoring people and the pure lack of cleanliness of the floors, drink stations, and tables. I would rather recommend people to the McDonald's near 42nd and post road befor I would this location. Not that I matter in talk of sales but I will never come to this location agian.
