Wouldn’t recommend staff was rude when I told them I paid for my sauce on the mobile order app then she told me to prove it and took my food bag back because she didn’t believe me then she took my phone to look at my receipt on the mobile app definitely not going to this location again and it’s sad how rude they were to me over sauce that I paid extra for now my food is cold and they should’ve given me my money back for how disrespectful they were

I get off late night and stopped by this McDonald’s. I ordered my food and asked that it’s dropped fresh didn’t mind the wait. When I pulled up to the window they handed me a bag. Ummm I asked for my food fresh, that’s way too fast for fresh food. The Hispanic male supervisor insisted they were. I checked the bag before pulling off and the fries were dark and drenched with oil. I told him you had to have re-dropped those fries these are horrible. He still stuck with they are fresh. I use to work at McDonald’s and I know for a fact what fries are supposed to look like and how they cooked. I threw the food out and didn’t even ask for my money back. The night crew is horrible, day shift/evening shift way better. Please help the night crew, they just don’t care. People spend their money that they need to work there and this the treatment we get. If you don’t want to do the job you get paid to do, find another and stop pissing people off. The blk young male needs some customer care classes as well. How he speaks and takes orders is very rude. Who runs this place? Spotlight them at night. You will find out what goes
