    This is the worst Mc Donald's I have been to in a long time. First no one knows English. Plus they had the worst attitude. Second I waited 25 minutes for cold food while the manager non English person played with her phone laughing the whole time. Food was cold and they did not know how to give me a refund so I had no choice but to take the food..

    It would be faster to order online in Chicago, drive there, drive back to Indianapolis than it would be to wait for a single drink order with no other customers.

    They are always on some dumb BS at this location. It's either somebody doesn't know how to read, listen, or do their job. Tell me why nearly every time I order it plain McChicken I have to go back through because it's not actually plain. And how hard is it to actually press the Dr. Pepper option rather than the root beer option or the Coca-Cola option. Because I always end up with the wrong drink when I always order a doctor pepper. It's crazy how wrong they can get your order here.

    Go to literally any other McDonald’s. Please trust me. Hit the drive thru at 10pm for nuggets and a small fry. Both were cold cold and the chicken nuggets were extremely rubbery. Not warm at all. No straw, napkins, or sauce (I ordered it w my order) in the bag.
