  If you want ur order to be incorrect and when you speak up you get an employee with attitude and also want to wait over 30 min in drive thru hell yeah come to this location 🤣 I only went for a medium size hot coffee with 5creams/5sugars…. I opened the lid and this is what I got? Went back in and asked to please have my coffee remade because this wasn’t coffee I have no idea what that it guy at the cash register was very careless I said thank you multiple times & not once did he say your welcome smh this location sucks!

  Wasted my time waiting in drive thru to use a buy one get one for a $1 breakfast sandwich only to be told that it didn't apply for the item I wanted, when the same deal worked before

  Went through the drive-thru on February 11th; and had an unpleasant experience. When a crew member took my special order, because the filet-o-fish was modified with tops on it, she proceeded to mock me and say my order incorrectly. Also what was displayed on the screen did not match what I was saying at first but eventually the crew member logged my order right. I asked for a special make on the filet-o-fish with no tartar, and no salt on fries with a medium Sprite. Upon paying for my order and receiving part of it, in the bag -the fries were cold and had salt on them and I received a Large Sprite when I requested a medium. I was asked to pull up to the reserved "2" spot because I expressed my concern about my fries and as I waited for new fries, I checked my filet-o-fish. Good thing I did, it was made incorrectly and had tons of tartar sauce on it. This prompted me to park and go inside, and to my surprise, there were 2 individuals also expressing issues with their orders, one common dominator was we all expected no salt on our fries. Unfortunately, this lead to me just asking for a refund because the shift manager was putting out too many fires and no one was happy with their orders. I normally don't have any issue with this location of McDonald's on Georgetown Road, but seeing a crew member having an attitude when being corrected by a shift manager, and not taking the feedback well is never a good sight in front of customers.

  I usually have a great experience here but I just received some soft drinks from there and they tasted like dirty cleaning solution. I am mortified by this taste and can't get it out of my mouth and now I am scared I ingested something harmful. If a manager sees this or anyone that can go check on this problem it would be greatly appreciated because I love this location. But whoever handled that drink machine last on 2/12/26 please do better. I know you would not want to suddenly taste something like that.
