I ordered and paid for two large iced caramel coffees, but when I got to the pickup window, they said, “We don’t have iced coffee.” I asked, “Why didn’t you tell me before I paid? Am I getting my money back?” and they just said, “No, we don’t have it!” — with zero apology or explanation. They were extremely rude and didn’t even want to make the drinks. When they finally did, they gave them to me hot instead of iced! Then when I showed my receipt (because I had also ordered two meals they hadn’t given me), they just said, “That’s it, what do you want?” This was today around 12:15 p.m., and it was the night shift crew — very unprofessional and disrespectful. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at McDonald’s.
