  I normally go here due to the location convenience. Almost everytime, I have been missing something. This time it was a burger, sandwich, and sauces. Do better McDonald's. I can never seem to get a refund for missing items either

  Third time going through drive thru and not getting all our order. Will take partial responsibility because I should have checked the bag. Just gets old, going back is a pain after already getting home. Just aweful service,

  One of the people working behind the counter was eating popcorn in a food prep area by the fries the last time I went inside. This place is either hit or miss. Usually, the breakfast crew is on it! The later in the night you go it's more of a crap shoot. Because the breakfast crew is so good, I kept the rating at 3 stars.

  It’s actually crazy that they allow you to complete a Mobile, pick up order. The order goes through online says they’re open. Went to pick it up, I was advised that they don’t have any food out or any orders and are closed. When requested how to get money back was told it was DoorDash’s problem until he was told it was ordered on the mobile app by us. then told us it would be refunded within 24 hours, but did not Provide any confirmation or his name. Confused how I will get a refund when I was advised they didn’t have the order and was not asked. Absolutely insane.

  What has happened to this once wonderful fast food restaurant. You have to speak Spanish to be understood or every order is a roll of the dice
