- C0Cmaz 0Nov 17, 20252.0A lot of attitude. Witnessed some manager lady yelling to a manager in a blue shirt as he was entering to help and then shouting that 10 managers want to quit or whatever. Another lady was rude about the fact that I put my order in for counter pickup and it somehow got sent as a drive thru, and then insinuated there's no way their system caused a mistake. It's constantly and only ever set on counter pickup and it doesn't change. Another woman got irritated that I asked for new fries because they were genuinely cold by the time I got them because I waited and she told me it's my fault because it gets made and then it's on me to get it when I waited in the store for 15 minutes already and ordered from the parking lot and came in. They couldn't find my order in the system, but gave me the food anyways because somehow it was already made. The man with a heavy accent in the blue shirt handled things extremely well and professionally though so commendations to him.
