Cold nuggets, wrong drinks, no sauces, no straws, food overly soaked in grease, etc. I understand lunch rushes and dinner rushes can lead to mistakes, but it can't be that hard read an order off of a screen and put the correct food in a bag. I've even been forgotten after being told to pull forward. Some of the workers are friendly but most dont care. I guess this is what happens when you work at McDonalds, or maybe just this location.

It was an unusual request according to staff but they accommodated my request with efficiency and diligence. The "hidden menu" something alot of people are unaware of had my request added to the collection. There was brief reciprocal conversation while waiting making the overall experience, very enjoyable.
