  So since non of my emails are getting replies I guess I’ll go here to try and get a resolution.. in the last 2 months alone I have had 5 different instances where food has been missing. Like whole platters (breakfast)and sandwiches have been missing in my bag and when I report it absolutely nothing happens… I have reached out everytime and everytime it gets transferred to the store instead of corporate and everytime nothing happens.. earlier this week (Monday) I got told to call the store. Which I didn’t want to do because I wanted to keep email proof of what of said. And I got no response. This is ridiculous and absolutely unprofessional behavior.

  Hello, I would like to make a formal complaint about what happened at your restaurant. Yesterday, I placed an order on my phone and gave my order number. When I arrived, I was already waiting in the pickup area for my food. A staff member called me from the payment window and told me to go there to get my food. So I turned my car around and drove to the payment window. When I arrived, he closed the window. Then he ran back to the pickup area and told me to go there instead. I drove back again, and once again, he closed the window. He made me drive back and forth between the two windows and kept closing the window on me. The way he treated me felt mocking and humiliating. I also saw other female staff standing there laughing. This made me feel extremely disrespected and uncomfortable as a customer. This was very rude and unprofessional behavior. I believe this incident can be clearly seen on your security cameras, and I ask you to review the footage. I hope you can investigate this matter seriously and give me a reasonable explanation and proper resolution. I do not want to post this on social media, but I do expect a responsible response.   Come on McDonald’s! I only ordered 2 sandwiches with no mustard and no cheese. But both sandwiches only had mustard and cheese!

  The service okay not 100% but it's like 2% found two people in the bathroom was doing the devil's Tango so if you don't know what the devil's tingle put the food was good

  Every single time i have ordered from this store my order is wrong. 9 out of 10 times its cold and not made to how i ordered it. they rush you out of the drive through window to park in a waiting parking spot just to save their at window time and still half ass throw your order together.
