I had to point to the pictures on the checkout screen for them behind the counter, which I am not supposed to do, so they could understand what I was trying to order! Then the lady basically threw the receipt at me and was beyond rude! I am very polite to all customer service personnel. Especially those handling my food. This McDonald's was by far the worst experience I have ever had in my 42 years on this earth. McDonald's, you can do better than this! While I was waiting customers continued to also come in from the drive through and explain their orders to them and they still did not understand. I've watched four people in the last 10 minutes ask for just a refund and they they refused. Good luck if you come to this McDonald's in the morning!
- TCTasha CousinOct 5, 20251.0I'm so mad I came to pick up a order at 910 on 10/5/2025 and no one came and help me and the was a black young girl was the left to go to the bathroom and came back and when right pass me and didn't ask can she help me that really pissed me off she has poor customer service why is there so many young people working at this location something needs to be done because this is not the first time this happen my husband had the same problem.
