  Visited this place today, they expect to pull every single car to a mobile order spot, to act like they do their jobs correctly. Sat 10 min waiting on food, they brought 3 cars that ordered after me their food first.. what a joke!

  No workers at registers. Told we have to take it to go. Order at kiosk and wait 20 minutes, but our soda was set out immediately so it was nice and watered down and warm

  Without a doubt the worst McDonalds location in the Midwest. Let’s start from the top: this McDonald’s is located off an exit ramp by a truck stop yet the hours are that of a boutique clothing store. Once you enter the drive thru, don’t expect to have two window service. There has yet to be a day where we haven’t had to pull off into a carry-out parking spot to wait for our meal to be made. Once you get your bag of food, you officially clock in as an employee yourself to check the bag for your complete order (which is hardly ever the case). Today we received half of our meal, and after two years of this being our closest location, I’m very excited to move.
