Half the night early morning crew speaks Spanish really don't understand English which makes it hard for them and consumer's. They refused to refund my order for the food they didn't have. I had at least four employees yell at me and talk down to me. Inside of the store was dirty. The manager also refused to give me the store number. Every single employee in the restaurant was rude and unprofessional. This has to be the worst McDonald's in the city.

I order them changed my mind real quick from a mcchicken to the small fri with the buy one get one for a dollar. They acted so annoyed with me scoffing like I am wasting their time or something. More than 90% of my DD orders from here are wrong, and today they fumbled a very simple order at the drive thru. When I said they forgot the nuggets, I was asked, "Are you sure?" Dude, I can count to three, and there were only two items in the bag. The staff here really needs to clean up their act, especially with two better locations within two miles. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, because this is my closest location, but it's really pathetic and not worth the headache to go here anymore.
