They had me and 4 other cars park in the waiting spots while they continued to serve the next 20-30 cars that pulled up after us. I have never waited so long for my food at McDonald's and when I got it, the food wasn't even fresh. I have to say something for them to even take care of us that had been waiting for over 20 minutes, then no apologies for the wait or nothing. Won't get my business anymore. Staff, yall need to do better. It's pretty bad when you cant even do a good job working at McDonald's.

The bathroom was really dirty and missing toilet paper. The main dining room as well. The play area was also dirty. Food all over the floors and tables and chairs. Paper towels scattered all over and the floors look like they don’t get mopped often enough. Cleanliness would go a long way to elevate this location to the next level.

Places like this don’t deserve to be open. Just close or get it right, you’re a corporate company with expectations/standards and you’re actually legally robbing people by charging them for orders they don’t receive and giving them lesser orders that are completely wrong. I will be disputing the charge because this is in fact illegal and wrong.
