  The service was terrible! I stopped there with my sister and niece after a doctor's appointment. We placed our order with an employee that seemed more interested in paying attention to other employees conversations than taking our order, which is probably why he got our order wrong. As we sat down, my sister realized that the employee had double billed us for two items. So, she had to go back up to the counter and stand in line, again. Then, 50 minutes later, our food order is finally ready. We picked up the food and that's when we realized that the order was wrong. So, to the counter again, to remake four items. The manager said she would personally take care of it. Well, that time two of them were correct. By that time, we were over it, simply ate what they gave us and left. We will NOT go to that McDonald's again

  Be prepared to wait for your order. Also make sure you ask for napkins, straws. Because you will be down the road before you realize that they didn't gove them to you again. 3rd time here, and I will drive an extra to find another store.

  Did I really just waste my money to receive this crap! It took forever to get the order for it to taste like this. The steak cheese bagels tasted like they just dumped the whole thing of salt on the sandwiches, no sauce but extra greasy with a cold half done hash brown. I also paid for extra caramel for my frappe, which I didn't receive, Staff's rude! Mcdonald do better.

  It was awful service was bad some woman in their working I asked for salt when I got handed my bag none was in there go back to get it ask for it she goes and grabbed it then stood there looking out in space for like

  Mi experiencia en los últimos dos años ha sido la siguiente. La mayoría de las veces, el restaurante cerraba a las 6 de la mañana y, cuando preguntaba por qué, me decían que era por problemas con el ordenador o por mantenimiento. Durante la mayor parte de 2025, en este local de la calle 16 y Meridian Street, los carteles del menú estaban destrozados y los cristales rotos seguían en las rocas blancas de abajo al menos ocho meses antes de que los sustituyeran, y por si fuera poco, los carteles del menú no funcionaban bien. Hay tal rotación de empleados que, la mayoría de las veces, los artículos equivocados o no todo lo que pedí estaba en la bolsa. Cuando voy de camino al trabajo y el tiempo es esencial y corro el riesgo de llegar tarde, nadie debería tener que aparcar, entrar y pedir la comida correcta. A los propietarios de esta franquicia no les importan sus clientes. The last 2 years my experience has been this. Most of the time the restaurant has been been closed at 6 am and when asked it was for problems with the computer or maintenance. Most of 2025 this 16th and Meridian Street location had the menue boards shot out and the broken glass was still on the white rocks below at least 8 months or so before were replaced and if that wasn't enough the menue boards malfunctioning. There is such a turn over of employees that more times than not the wrong items or not everything I ordered was in the bag. When I am on the way to work and time is the essence and chancing being late no one should have to park go inside to get the correct food. The owners of this franchise do not care about their customers.
