When your lady in the back drive through was extremely rude. I thought I was being nice and complimenting her on her hot pink nails, and she ignored anything that I had said to her. I even said thank you for her giving my card back and she blatantly ignored me and rolled her eyes. This was the same case with your front drive through person. I told him thank you and I heard nothing You really need to get your people in gear to where they are at least semi decent to their people who come through the drive thru because whether they like it or not. If we don't order, they don't get a paycheck. I will not be returning to your McDonald's. I will choose somewhere else in Indianapolis to eat. Beyond disrespectful

I then had to pay in store. One month later and I haven't been refunded. Two customer service cases and still haven't heard from anyone!!! Local and Corporate service is terrible!

I wait sometimes up to 40 minutes for food, but since I pay ahead on the mobile app, I have no choice but to wait. Don’t come here unless you absolutely have to.
