  ****GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!*** I placed a mobile order and pulled into the pickup spot, but the app wouldn’t let me notify staff that I had arrived. I went inside to pick up my order, but it wasn’t at the pickup window, and no one would help me. I asked multiple employees to check my order and was either ignored or told they were too busy while they continued helping DoorDash drivers. The cashier eventually closed the register without explanation and walked away, leaving several customers waiting. Another customer even told me this happens regularly. I finally went through the drive-thru and spoke to the manager, who said my order never came in. However, the app showed my order as completed, as if I had already picked it up, and I was charged for food I never received. No one took responsibility or helped resolve the issue. Terrible service, poor communication, and a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

  Unless you use the app or are ubereats or something like that dont even go to drivethru they will never answer you

  I ordered & paid via the app for no cheese on 2 Chicken Ranch wraps. At the drive thru speaker I gave my order # & it was verified no cheese on the wraps. I pulled up to the window for receipt & person handed me the receipt & verified the order. I moved to the next window & they tried to give me another order. I showed them my receipt & I got my order. I drove away. I was on my way out of town & quite a ways down the road when I pulled a wrap out & discovered it had cheese. The sticker on the wrap showed no cheese. I opened up the other wrap & the same. Cheese but no lettuce! Please check your order even if you have to hold up the line! I definitely will think twice about ordering from here again!

  Absolutely the worst McDonald’s in the Indy area. Every single time I order from here they always mess up the order. And the unprofessional lady with a nose ring needs to be fired. She was very condescending and rude when I asked her about my order and never went to get the food. I had to basically go behind the counter before someone was willing to help find my food. This store needs help big time.
