Honestly I’m going to take my business elsewhere. I love the donuts but the last 3-4 times I’ve gone. They have closed their drive thru and then today they switched drawers and said I’d have to come in to pay. Usually not a big deal but when you have little kids that makes it hard but it’s been an excuse every time I’m there and then the last time I was there they had multiple people, but one girl was working the counter and the manager had to ask the second employee to go help her

I feel bad for the guy at the counter. He was visibly irritated and overstimulated. They guys in the back were so loud I couldn’t hear the cashier and we even shared friendly banter over it. Normally I’d give a couple extra stars, but as a small business owner, if this was my place, I’d be furious.
Second, the lobby music is drowned out by the stereo in the back the workers are using. It’s like a fever pitch nightmare in here.
Donuts are good. Cashier was nice. The atmosphere is chaotic and stressful.

UPDATE: STILL Worst Krispy Kreme I've ever been to. After leaving my initial review, Krispy Kreme reached out and had me contact them. After completing the contact information it says that the store manager will be contacting me. If the worker in question who treated my family bad was the manager then definitely nothing will happen. I will update my review IF something is done to address what happened.
Review: My experience was awful solely because of one worker who was either a manager or wanted to pretend to be one. I didn’t get his name but he was middle aged and African American. He must have been having a bad day from the very start because he gave my family dirty looks when we walked in before we had even ordered. A young girl took our order and she seemed like she might have been new but that was okay. We were very patient with her. We ordered 1 dozen assorted plus 1 Charlie Brown donut because we had a reward for a free Charlie Brown donut. This was told to the young lady but she must have forgot and put the donuts into the sales system incorrectly to where it didn’t give us the free donut. So we asked that she fix the mistake so that we could get the right price for our order. The middle aged guy starts talking and says “she can’t do that because she already put it in. You should have told here before you ordered.” His tone was not nice either. (Once again, we did tell her but he didn’t know what had happened so he shouldn’t have been so condescending and judgemental). We understood that they had made a mistake and were patient, we just wanted the problem fixed. This man insisted that we physically take one of the donuts out of the dozen box and switch it with the donut in the bag even though we were still buying the same 13 donuts either way. Then afterwards, the guy feels the need to apologize to the people behind us in line and stated “Sorry about that. I’m highly disturbed right now.” There was no reason for him to be disturbed with doing his job or fixing the mistake they made. A worker should NEVER talk to another customer about a customer either in such a way. Never once did this man apologize to my family for the issue or his rude actions and behaviors either. He tried to make my family feel that we were some kind of problem and that we weren’t welcome there. I will never be back again to this location and maybe never again Krispy Kreme again after this very poor treatment. He made my family to feel unwelcome and burdensome. He changed the tone of a whole morning for my family and left my family confused and somewhat upset.
