  Just got back from kountry kitchen and had a bad experience, the neck bones were dried out and old, i had to drive here after ordering delivery because they forgot items, the portions for the price is outrageous, I jus wanted what I paid for, ever since they moved into the new building attention to detail has fallen off..disappointing, I know I'm not Mike Epps or someone famous but I deserve the same service, no need for me to return it they'll jus act like I'm in the wrong..can't make this is up..

  The food was good as we expected from everything we seen and heard. Had the hot honey wings which was the best plate we had. Here's just a suggestion it would be nice if this meal came with a hot towel. Just a small one to help with the hands because you will get food all over and be sticky. This won't change the flavor at all they was excellent. Also had the catfish but by the time started to eat it was cold from waiting on service. Waited way to long for fork and knife also asked for hot sauce. So this dish was cold but of course we still ate it because it was good. Had the chocolate cake I would say Pass on this try a different dessert. It was just average and seemed like store brought it was a disappointment. Over all Please visit you won't leave hungry. With tip for 3 people it was just at $90

  I ordered online. When I came in the waiter pleasantly greeted me and gave me my bag. But it was an order for another person. I drove from CARMEL. That a bit of a drive to receive and order that wasn't mine.

  Stereotypical. The restaurant itself has the potential to be incredibe. The hostess was predictably lazy, unprofessional and unfriendly...more concerned about her personal incoming calls than being present for guests. Our waitress was a bit better, but appeared tired. We wanted to support a Black-owned business while in town, but was met with the low energy, inattentive, unfriendliness and unresponsiveness that create stereotypes. I hate that! Really. Service was slow, which was confusing because there were literally FIVE (5) people in the entire restaurant...which brings me to another concern: Why were we denied a request to sit in a booth due to their policy to only seat parties of 4 or more in booths, when the restaurant was and remained empty our entire stay?! Food was adequate, but nothing to rave about. Homefires are not homefries..they are unseasoned potato chunks. They know better than that! We have got to do better for ourselves and for one another, ya'll. If nothing else, put a smile on your face.

  This was my first visit to Kountry Kitchen it will not be my last. My food was very delicious and served hot. I got the Oxtail dinner with cabbage and Mac and cheese. My husband got fried catfish filets dinner with Yams and Pinto beans. I had fried green tomatoes as an appetizer. It's not a huge place and the seating can feel a little tight but, I would definitely go back. Everything I tried, I liked it. I highly recommend this place. I also did reserve my seat online.
