  Until a little over a month ago, I had never been inside a Jordan's. I visited the one on Pendleton Pike, the service is outstanding! The place is clean and welcoming. And the food is fresh! Hot! And on point everytime I've visited. I've now been four times now, lol. My favorites are the jumbo shrimp and catfish filets! I recommend and approve totally, you won't be disappointed.

  I placed order online for 5 wing combo as I was returning from Fort Wayne the day my mother died. I was immediately called because the Pendleton location closed early. He was supposed to cancel my order so that I wouldn't be charged. I called for days when it appeared on by bank statement. I was told it was refunded but I never was refunded my money. On top of it all, the wings are 10.99 plus tax, then the website charged me a processing fee. The 5 wing combo that I never received cost me 15.83. I went to the location to address the issue. The woman said I need to speak to the manger who will be in tomorrow. She said they used a third party vendor for online orders and she wasn't aware of the surcharge. She said I need to contact the vendor for my money. NEVER USED THE WEBSITE.

  In town doing some contract work and noticed this place will refueling next door. Boy am I glad I did. I was not prepared for what was to take place when ordering the first time. Inside is nice a has folks waiting for orders to pick up and eating in. The food is prep when you order, so there is a touch wait but is WELL WORTH IT. The cost is really kind of cheap considering the amount of food you get. I order two different plates this first time a Gyro and LG Catfish Plate. Both were OUTSTANDING, the catfish was HUGE and the Gyro was MASSIVE. Recently paired back and just got the Chicago Style Wings, no sauced up stuff but an excellent full wing which was nice, got some sides of mushroom, poppers and onion rings, all were outstanding Very Much Worth the Stop and Eat

  I’ve ordered from Jordan’s on Pendleton Pike several times. While the owner is always willing to make things right and remake the order when I call, this unfortunately isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with the food quality. Today, the fish and shrimp were hard and overcooked. At $15 a plate, you shouldn’t get food home and realize it’s not even edible I ended up giving it to my dog. My concern isn’t about the owner’s willingness to fix mistakes, but about quality control. If you wouldn’t eat it yourself, it shouldn’t be served. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency moving forward.
