  I just left this jimmy johns about and hour ago and as the worker was having a conversation with me about my food Her manager proceeded to yell at her about being on her phone she told her she was not on her phone and she continued to be hostile the lady kindly packed my food up and said she was going to finish making orders and go home the food was good but the experience was very uncomfortable no worker should EVER go through that.

  I ordered extra provolone cheese didn't get it. I added extra cheddar, didn't look like extra like I've ordered before. I also added extra shaved parmasean & there was none on my sandwich. Plus I told the gentleman who delivered it, thank you and he didn't even respond.🙄 My sandwich was not how I've had it before. 😶

  I was up north on an assignment during lunch time. I was headed to Skyline Chili but really had a hankering for a Jimmy John's sandwich but had no clue where one was when at a red light, on 86th st, I saw a Jimmy John's right next to me so I made a b-line for it. I sure wasn't sorry I did either. I got the JJ Gargantuan, I think it was called, I really don't remember for sure but it was huge. This sandwich was delicious and fed 3 adults with a little leftover. I wish there was a Jimmy John's closer to my home. The closest restaurant to my home is almost 4 1/2 miles away. Still close enough if I'm already out shopping but not close enough for delivery. Maybe one day there will be a location in the Christian Park/ Irvington area.

  I came to Jimmy John’s for one reason and one reason only: the pickle. Not the sandwich (though it’s fine), not the chips, but for THE PICKLE. That’s why I didn’t go to some other place. I placed my order, they handed me the bag, and I left. Long drive, I’m tired, I trusted them. Big mistake. I get home… no pickle. None. The entire reason for my visit, GONE. Do you know what it’s like to mentally prepare your taste buds for a pickle and then have that dream ripped away??!! If you want to feel deep, soul-crushing disappointment, come to this location. They’ll happily send you home pickle-less😭
