  I normally order on the app and pick up, but I didn’t order ahead this time. Service was friendly and quick. I get the beach club almost every time I go to Jimmy John’s and I am often disappointed by the lack of avocado spread. I didn’t order extra because they rarely add much to it. The sandwich I got from this location was really good but consistent with other stores in there wasn’t enough avocado on it.

  Close location to one of my offices and this place is the only place that never delivers on time. NEVER. I am currently still waiting over an hour on a sandwich(just plain sandwich no sides, no drinks. My lunch hour is over now) This has happened every single time I order from here and usually they always forget something in my order. I purposely order ahead of time prior to lunch rush due to this and it’s still always late. Will no longer use this location. UPDATE - finally got food & yes, they messed it up.

  I just left this jimmy johns about and hour ago and as the worker was having a conversation with me about my food Her manager proceeded to yell at her about being on her phone she told her she was not on her phone and she continued to be hostile the lady kindly packed my food up and said she was going to finish making orders and go home the food was good but the experience was very uncomfortable no worker should EVER go through that.

  I ordered extra provolone cheese didn't get it. I added extra cheddar, didn't look like extra like I've ordered before. I also added extra shaved parmasean & there was none on my sandwich. Plus I told the gentleman who delivered it, thank you and he didn't even respond.🙄 My sandwich was not how I've had it before. 😶
