Walked into JJ's last night to order a couple of items. The one item was going to be just a plain loaf of bread. the two "workers", which weren't doing anything but staring at their phones wanted to charge me $5.40 for just the bread. I don't think so. Place is trash.

Routinely, it has always taken forever to get my orders delivered. Recently, they gave me the wrong order after waiting quite a while to get it. Today, my sandwich was made with at least yesterday's old bread (maybe last week's old bread!) and was as hard as a rock. It's like they're trying to find new ways to screw up. I've brought up issues to the store and online again and again, but they never seem to change their ways. I've given them plenty of chances and will not give another one ever again.

Gave me the wrong sandwich. Not even a quick apology or acknowledgment when I went back to get my correct order. Absolutely horrible service from staff and management.

Foods always decebt but everytime I order for delivery it’s 45-60+mins delivery time. And the longer my sandwich just sits waiting to get to me the worst it gets. Not freaky fast, staff is not very helpful.

Routinely takes 1.5+ hours to get delivered, and over the many times I've ordered every time has been wrong. Requests for refunds have not been honored, and employees have hung up the phone. Better off going anywhere else in BR
