Foods always decebt but everytime I order for delivery it’s 45-60+mins delivery time. And the longer my sandwich just sits waiting to get to me the worst it gets. Not freaky fast, staff is not very helpful.

Routinely takes 1.5+ hours to get delivered, and over the many times I've ordered every time has been wrong. Requests for refunds have not been honored, and employees have hung up the phone. Better off going anywhere else in BR

This store is absolutely horrible. I placed an order using the app. After 30min there still wasn't an update, so I called the store to confirm it was received. I was assured it was and they were just busy. It's now been more than 1.5hr, my food still has not been delivered, and no one is answering the phone at the store.

This is supposed to be a chicken bacon and ranch sub. First of all it took 40 minutes to get to my place, and secondly this was the most disgusting sandwich I’ve had in my life
Hardly any chicken, doused in way too much ranch, lettuce soggy, sandwich cold.
