  I had a very disappointing experience at this Jimmy John’s location. The employee named Shawn was extremely rude and condescending to us. When we politely asked if our son’s sandwich could be warmed up, he responded curtly with, “The answer is no,” in a very disrespectful tone. My husband even tried to clarify, but Shawn’s attitude remained unnecessarily rude. This type of customer service is completely unacceptable—especially when we are paying customers simply asking a reasonable question. Based on this experience, I would not recommend anyone visit this location. The employees here clearly need immediate customer relations training to learn how to speak respectfully to customers.

  We had a large delivery with Tim and he was fabulous. Delivering to a campus full of teachers and limited parking is not easy, but Tim went above and beyond to make sure our order made it to us quickly…freaky fast and fantastic!
