This is by far the ABSOLUTE worst Jimmy John's location! I have given them more chances than they deserve, hoping each visit would be better than the last. It's been a consistently bad experience. Orders are often wrong or incomplete, service is slow and disorganized, and when mistakes are pointed out, staff are dismissive rather than apologetic. This isn’t a one-time issue—it’s a pattern. Poor accuracy, poor service, and no accountability. Save yourself and do not frequent this location!

It's my favorite fast food experience hands down. Fast order prep. Nice clean atmosphere. Friendly and polite staff. Rewards in app. There's nothing to lose.

Placed an order for delivery for 11 am and it’s been almost a hour and still hasn’t been delivered. They are using Uber eats for their delivery service. Driver is making other stops along the way too. So much for being able to eat during my lunch break.
