After an hour, I drive to pick it up, and to my disappointment I had to wait another 45 min. 3 guys were hustling to get orders out. But my biggest complaint is that NO ONE was wearing gloves! They were going from the prep station to computer/register to food, to phone to handling bread sticks. Not a glove in sight. While I do understand it being busy, you should never be to busy to practice basic food safety. I said a prayer over my pizza tonight in hopes I dont get food poisoning....

Spoke to the manager asking for a refund, all they did was re-printing my receipt. Then continued to blame her employee when she was the one that made the pizza. This place is on its last straw.

The "manager" even pretended to give me a refund by just reprinting the receipt, and then hid in the other room. Spoiled sauce cups, random globs of gel like substance on the pizza. Jacks used to be a local favorite for its generous toppings and cheese. Now its just weird. Sad.
