He was an actual Jacks employee, not door dash etc. He was very personable and friendly. I called the store immediately. They wouldnât replace it but credited my account. We had to reassemble, heat and cut our 14â pizza. Was it good? Yes, itâs Jacks. Do better though Jacks! Youâre not dominos!
