The ice cream is fantastic! The seasonal flavors also are fun, though I wish some were year round! The staff is very friendly and seem to always be having fun. Also, being allergic to most dogs, I appreciate having seen them politely enforce only service dogs allowed inside.

My wife suggested Graeter's because she said it's the best Ice cream around. We drove 20 minutes to get here on 1/11/2026 at about 8pm with our three dogs in the car. Left the two big dogs in the car so as to not cause a ruckus and brought in our 7lb chihuahua which I carried in my arms the entire time. First thing we were met with was "is that a service dog?" "Sorry I gotta ask". Which I get you don't want dogs in the place but his feet didn't even touch three ground. He's not gonna cause any problems. But the one star really isn't from that. The manager and partially the staff made my wife and I feel very uncomfortable. After we placed our order the manager said something when we walked away and the others laughed behind our backs. This is the first review I've ever left in my life that I've felt like this but I honestly felt like we were being profiled. The first door we tried to go in when we got there was locked for us but when another person of the same color tried that same door when we were leaving the manager ran to open it for them. The entire vibe I felt was that these kids just thought they were on some pedestal looking down on my wife and I. In no way do I care what some children think or take it personal. But if something sees this (and from what I'm seeing the many other reviews of the same nature) and maybe speaks to these kids about treating people with a little more humility than I did what I set out to do. In my opinion this little girl should not be managing other people in any capacity. Won't be going back

My husband and I just went in on a Sunday night around 8:45 PM to get ice cream after we had went out to dinner. We drove over 20 minutes to get here. We were completely disappointed with the service that we received. Upon entering, what appeared to be a manager, said to us in a not so friendly or welcoming tone “is that a service dog?” to which I am not even obligated or required to answer that question, especially when the sign on the door say they allow dogs. Yet, I still politely answer, as well as my husband and shared with her/them that he is our ESA. From that moment on, all she did was stand to the direct left of us and watch every move we made, almost as to watch and make sure our 5lb little dog, in a puffer jacket, being cradled in my husbands arms was going to cause harm of some sort. Not only was that whole encounter so uncomfortable, it was absolutely unnecessary and avoidable if she would have been more concerned with being kind to the customer. Not only that but the whole experience being in here was awful, the whole team of 4 felt like they thought they were better then we are, judging us, and looking down on us because maybe we don’t appear to have money or be rich and well off. I’m not sure where their whole misplaced judgment stemmed from but I can tell you, it was not from a place of kindness and customer service first. Lastly, after an entire experience as bad as this one felt, you would really hope $20 later, that the ice cream would have been top tier. Well…..it wasn’t. It was super small portions, way too small for a $10 sundae. Literally 3 pecans on my sundae, THREE! The brownie was beyond stale, dry, and old. And overall it was a 0/10 for experience, customer service, and quality of food. Terrible service, from a terrible staff and a pretty unsatisfactory, sub par manager. She should really consider checking her dislike for customers at the door before she clocks in to work because we, paying customers, are the entire reason she has a job. I will never, ever come back here. We should e went SubZero, our usual go to place (maybe twice a year but still) that has never once left me feeling bad about myself when I left there and they ALWAYS greet our dogs, even giving them pup cups, and once they gave us one ice cream for free because I forgot my wallet at home and only had a little cash on me. That’s true customer service and Graeters should take some pointers from Sub Zero or just about any other establishment but themselves!!
