  Delicious pizza with amazing flavor! The crust is perfectly baked, the cheese is rich and melted just right, and the toppings are always fresh. Service is fast and friendly. The overall experience is consistently great. A perfect spot for enjoying tasty pizza with family and friends.

  Jerry is the best server Giordanos has! He took his time explaining the menu and what was available. He engaged with our autistic son and made him feel seen. He is funny and his energy is addictive. Being from the south we don't have great pizza places and this restaurant was on our bucket list. Jerry positive attitude took our visit over the top!

  The deep dish pizza is a favorite and Giordanos is quickly becoming a tradition when we are visiting downtown. Our server, Jerry, was awesome. He was attentive, personable, and especially great with our kids, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be requesting him the next time we’re there!

  Rather dissatisfied. I literally drove from mid Michigan to enjoy a deep dish Chicago pizza and I know Giordanos to be THE place to go. I grew up eating here whenever we came to the city and it was my first time trying this specific location- will not come back I don’t think. It was Valentine’s Day, the website said they had heart shaped pizzas- sounds fun so I ordered one for pick up. Came and picked up carry out and it LEAKED absolutely everywhere. Liquid just pouring out of the holes in the box. Why are there holes in the bottom corners of this box lol. That’s one thing, whatever- I cleaned it up, didn’t stain my pants too bad I think I’ll be able to get it out today. But golldang if I order a heart shaped pizza, I’m expecting a heart shaped pizza. They most definitely made it normal and then probably realized the mistake and just shoved the top of the pizza inward- you can tell it wasn’t baked that way. It was corrected afterwards. The entire rest of the pizza was still a circle. Not a heart what so ever. It was laughable. But jeez man, to have the tip options for a card be 22-18% compared to 15-20%, for Carry out at that…. And yall couldn’t even have bothered to make it the shape I asked for that YOU advertised on the website. On top of it all, the guy on the phone couldn’t even tell me what comes on the pizza I ordered (just wanted to confirm I ordered the right one) without having to put me on hold and look it up. Just not a good experience….. I’ll go others instead next time.

  I was excited to try this place with my girlfriends as we are out of town guests. The first thing I noticed was that our water glasses weren’t clean. Our waitress Brittany S started out fine but when my order was placed wrong and I politely told her I asked for the chicken parm she accused me by saying “You said you ordered the chicken Alfredo.” I don’t even like Alfredo. She takes my order in a huff and brings me back a mediocre chicken parm. Then the bill comes and she has my friend’s Greek salad on my bill AND the chicken Alfredo with broccoli still. I politely mention that my bill is wrong and so does my friend since her bill was wrong too. She leaves to correct the bills but when I go to check out the chicken Alfredo was still on my bill. I mentioned it to her again and she said she left it because her boss told her it was cheaper. I didn’t believe her but I didn’t want to cause an argument so I paid my bill. I went back to check the menu and come to see that the chicken parm is indeed cheaper than the chicken Alfredo. I am honestly more just frustrated that someone would lie rather than just fixing my bill. I understand that maybe it was a bad day but don’t take your bad day out on someone who was polite and understanding. Honestly Giordano’s do better. When we went to leave, rather than all sitting on your phones hiding in the back of the restaurant maybe I could have found someone to mention this to in person but here I am having to type a review. Brittany…. If you don’t like your job find something that you do enjoy that helps you be more polite.
