  The food was superb! Highly recommend this place. Get the deep dish Chicago classic.

  We don't visit often, with that being said; the waitress never told us about any specials or the fact that they have happy hour through 6pm. We arrived at 530, we placed our order for 2 personal pan pizzas. 1 deep dish, 1 thin crust. She brought us refills at 6pm and I told her I wish I had know about the happy hour, because I would have ordered boneless wings instead of pizza. She said oh yeah we have happy hour daily from 3-6... I said yeah I noticed my looking at the table menu for drinks. We then waited about another 15 mins for our food to arrive. While eating I ran out of soda, and waited and waited. I heard a lot of talking so I walked up to the open doorway and interrupted my waitress and who I think was the manager in heavy conversation. I said can I get a refill please? Mgr walked away...waitress gets a new drink while I waited. I think she knew at that point, I was not happy. She brought a box for leftovers and the tablet for the bill. She held on to the tablet and said you can insert your card or tap at the top. Then it pops up 20% 25% or 30% or custom, mind you she is still holding the tablet while you are deciding her tip. She never offered an apology for anything at all, manager never approached us at all. This is why it will be a VERY long time before going back or even if at all. Customer service is almost obsolete these days!! When I get great service I will scream it from the rooftop... but Giordano's do better.

  Service was terrible the pizza is definitely not how the pizza is downtown Chicago. I am from that area of Chicago and I was highly disappointed in this pizza I received tonight with all the liquid at the bottom

  Terrible. Ordered the heart shape pizza online for Valentine’s Day and it never came. Waited on hold with the store phone number for over 30 mins before giving up. The driver messaged me 3 hours past expected delivery time saying he was still at the store, they had kept him there and had refused to let him cancel the order. Ultimately the order was never delivered. Seriously shame on you guys!! Ruined everyone’s evening.
