    I am from Michigan and we brought our marching band to Indy for a competition. I ordered catering from Fazoli's at 5202 W Washington. There was a mix up on my end with the date and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating in getting the order canceled and moved to the next day. When we arrived to pick up the order, everything was hot and ready for us. The staff was so kind and helped us carry it all to our vehicle. The kids had plenty to eat and enjoyed the food.

    We ordered catering for a group of 70 high school students including a few with dietary restrictions. Both Alyssa and Missy made the whole experience easy and stress free. Our food was hot, packed up and ready on time and most of all delicious! Plates, cutlery and napkins were packed our bags. They went the extra mile! We will definitely be back for our next competition trip! Thank you!

    While the food tasted fine I didn't get the large alfredo sauce for my breadsticks that was paid for, I paid an extra $3 for 4 tiny pieces of Italian sausage to be added to my chicken fettuccine alfredo and the salad was not in a separate bag and was sat on top of hot food causing it to warm up and wilt. Definitely not happy with that outcome 😕
