They had it piping hot, fresh out of the oven right on the dot of my requested pickup time. The food was delicious (baked spaghetti and meatballs with breadsticks). The baked pasta worked fantastically as catering and the breadsticks were as soft, garlicky, and as amazing as dinning in. It's hard to go wrong with Italian for feeding a room full of hungry kids and parents, but we had plenty which was good as most people asked for seconds. But the real standout was the service. The cashier (I think she might also have been the manager) noticed I was struggling to open the door against the cold wind (I have a disability). She came and rescued me and made sure I got in, and when I said I needed to pick up catering helped me get back out. She was so kind and helpful. I was a few minutes early, so when it was ready she helped me load it as well (ok she did the loading entirely). The packed organization was fantastic with everything clearly separated and plates/utensils included. They even followed up by email. I can't say I order catering often but I would definitely eat here again, get catering again, and recommend it overall for whatever you need!
