It placed the order to this store instead (our normal store). The management here made it right. They went above and beyond and made sure that I did not pay twice for a single order. Very rarely does a business work this closely with a single customer to make sure they are happy. They have earned my continued business. I hope others read this and can trust that on the rare occasion something goes wrong, this location will go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. 5 Stars! Love the food! Great as always.

I ordered from UBER EATS and it clearly asks you do you want your bagel TOASTED SLICED AND IT ASK WHAT TYPE OF BAGEL .. NOWHERE IN THE OPTIONS DOES IT ASK YOU ABOUT A SPREAD AND OR IS THEIR AN OPTION TO GET A SIDE OF ONE !!! I called to specify that and the lady whom answered the phone gave me a stern chuckle and proceeded to state they always give you a spread option. ! Like ma’am if they gave me the option I would’ve selected it and we wouldn’t be on the phone? Clearly she hasn’t been on the Uber Eats platform ever and or in some time or she would know. I know from working in the industries certain businesses allow/deny what can be placed on these 3rd party sites, so its possible this is one of those occasions and or strictly for bagels only are spreads not applicable I’m not sure all I know is the lady is rude and needs to be addressed via answering phones

- SGsai krishna GuttaOct 26, 20254.0New Update: went to store and showed them the receipt and pictures and they did offer free bagels to make it right which was outstanding in terms of service. Would definitely visit again. Did a take out order in which we had 3 jalapeño cheddar bagels with Jalapeño salsa. When we came home and opened the bagels, there was no jalapeño salsa on any of the bagels. Tried reaching out to the store for about 15mins but no one is picking the calls. Mistakes do happen but people not responding would be a deal breaker. Wouldn’t recommend going to this place.
