- TBTaylor Bell3 days ago1.0Drinks here are good but the wait is absolutely ridiculous. 7 Brew and Starbucks are twice as fast. Unless you have literally 25 min to wait here. Also the drive through system is goofy. It does not allow for 2 cars at all. Stay away, stay away!

Seriously waited over 10 minutes for a car to move out of the window with 5 cars ahead. Absolute BS. Waited well over 30 minutes to get our coffee. Thanks for ruining our trip. You guys suck.

I ended up getting a Banana bread breve mixed with mocha, added soft top with chocolate and carmel drizzle , IT WAS SO GOOD! Also got a orange cranberry muffin top as a snack was so good !!! 10/10 recommend coming here if you love good drinks , friendly workers and delicious muffin tops.

There isn't an order box so you have to wait until you get to the window to order! That's so inefficient. There may be someone coming out to take order but it was a good 30 minutes before anyone came out and I counted 6 cars in front of me and at least 5 cars behind me. You can't escape the line either so you are stuck. The coffee is fine, it's not that good.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?

Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
