  I just gave this place a try because they offer a free drink when you download the app. I've been here 2 times since because the people are nice, the drinks are good, and there are tons of sugar-free options. The wait time IS long, don't come here if you're in a hurry — I study my quizlets & read while I sit in line so I don't really mind. I've sat in line anywhere from 8 minutes to 20; this is not a Starbucks, 7 brew, Dunkin; do not expect to it to be, lol.

  I’m typing out a review due to service. When this location first opened it was wonderful. Everything was fast. Something needs to change for those of us customers that go at 5-7am. The last three times I’ve come this early they have the pick up window ignored. So we go through drive thru. Our drinks aren’t ready even though it’s a mobile pickup time, and only one person is making coffee while the other is just watching. If that second person was doing inventory, sure, but just physically standing and telling a story is really unprofessional. I gave 5 stars on yelp. If I see any changes I’ll change my rating here but for now, 2 associates this early isn’t enough. They are very kind though. Thank you for trying your best but the manager should make changes to this scheduling

  waited 40 min for single drink. one worker taking all drive thru orders. didn’t really matter because there is zero sense of urgency for getting customers their drinks, the wait time would not have changed. nice workers but no true customer service. why would i ever tip this place. if only that option/question could be removed entirely because why would any of these workers deserve a tip. for taking my order? no one acknowledged the wait time or apologized. when i’m finally at the window, ZERO sense of urgency from the girls working. if you had enough cars that we are waiting 40+ min for our drink, i should not be able to hear your conversation to your coworker about how a guy is obsessed with you adding you on all socials. i’m in disbelief honestly don’t even know how this place has people still coming to get coffee here haha no coffee is worth 40+ min wait. also the design of the store in the alloyed space - terrible. if the main attraction is the drive thru, how could the layout be soo poorly created. besides having two lanes (barely?) it’s not efficient. cars can barely squeeze in and out of the lot. why am i exiting through the tire discount service because i can’t fit through the enter/exit of dutch bros? i’m still dumbfounded how this store is still running after a month and a half. hopefully they get it together for all other customers’ sake and TIME. i for sure will not be returning

  I want to say that this is a newly opened business on the south side. There is also none in the area. With that being said, like every new business they are going to have to learn to adjust to the needs in the area. The staff you can see are learning and working hard. They have mobile orders that are non-stop, plus lots of time drive through is wrapped around the lot. Unlike many other places, all their drinks are hand made and hand mixed. So yes it is taking a little longer, but they are getting there. I order regularly and my drinks are always correct. I may wait longer at times, but that will change as more shops open and they have been around longer. Remember its only been a few months. My kid loves their muffin tops which are huge for the price and individually wrapped.

  UPDATE! I now go earlier because it’s easier during the week. I went last Saturday and it was busy but the pickup window seemed to be moving more efficiently. The coffee is delicious as always. Hoping it stays this way If you enjoy waiting 25+ minutes AFTER the pickup time for you drink at the window this is the place for you! The wait times are absolutely ridiculous and the coffee isn’t with it. This isn’t a one off time. It has happened the last happened the last FOUR TIMES I’ve been here. I always choose the pickup window not sure how drive thru is. Current 23 minutes passed my 7:35 pickup time. I will say this the staff may be frazzled and understaffed but they are always kind and respectful. Perhaps the company itself needs to add the ability for them to adjust their pick up times.
