I did not come at peak times so the wait was very short. The employees are very nice. It appears that this location is a drive through/walk up location only and does not have an indoor seating area.

The customer service here is *chef's kiss* everyone I have talked to has been nothing but kind and engaging. I usually see Emily when I visit, and she's just so sweet! Their coffee/espresso is actually good compared to the surrounding competitors. I mean, yes, it can taste like a sugar loaded coffee if you specifically make it that way. The rebel "energy" drinks are also top tier. You can customize your drink to basically whatever you want with little limitation as well, which is super nice for people like me who are picky 😂 Now, I will agree with other reviews that, yes, the wait can be brutal at certain times. (If you order on the app, it cuts your wait time down.) However, in my personal opinion I don't think that alone should warrant a 1 star review - we've all been to a place at one time or another that we have had to wait for service. Anyway - highly recommend this location!

If you are not sure what to order, they give good suggestions. I don't always want coffee or an energy drink. I tried the sparkling water and it was great. Keep up the great work. The service is amazing and even when there are many many cars and with the freezing cold, they still try their very best do get the drink out to me as quick as they possibly can. The other day I went and I ordered at the window, I’d assume that once I was done paying that it’d take about 1-3 minutes for the drink to be ready, but I saw inside that my drink was ready before I even tapped my card. THAT IS GREAT SERVICE!

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
