- LBLori B3 days ago5.0I went yesterday for the first time to Dutch Bros. I was skeptical at first because of previous reviews. The line was not long and it moved quickly. The girl that took my order (I did not get her name) was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation. I ordered the Golden Eagle and the drink was fantastic. I was impressed with Dutch Bros and will be going back again. I hope Dutch Bros builds a location in Hendricks county.
- TMTyler MayesJan 5, 20262.0I’d suggest not having any other plans for the day, because you’ll wait at least 30-40 minutes, even if you order ahead on the app. After you’ve waited long enough, a smug broista will finally check in with you & small talk you to death, completely ignoring the fact that you’ve been sitting in the same place for almost an hour. So much for convenience. Great coffee & drinks with terrible service.
- MCMatt CrJan 2, 20263.0Friendly people. Good coffee. Cannot move a line. Drive thru is weird. 2 lanes into 1. Orders not taken at either. When you pull into the line, you’re locked in. No escape possible. Part of these problems may be related to the fact this is a relatively new location, but I don’t want be part of the process while the figure it out. On an unrelated note, I would rather have contacted the company directly instead of commenting on a public forum. Sadly the contact button on there site is apparently linked to faqs.

I did a drive thru pick up up order and the drive thru was so long that we weren’t really able to join the line without blocking traffic so we parked instead. I went to the pick up window to let them know I have a drive thru pick up order but would like to pick up up here at the window instead and the worker said that is fine. Multiple others did the same after me but they started to get their order instead of mine. After waiting 25 minutes after the Estimated pick up I have to ask the worker again about the order which they clearly forgot about it and had immediately make my 2 drinks.
- TBTate brandyDec 30, 20255.0My wife and I came here today and they were extremely busy. When we got up to the window we were greeted by the sweetest girl I would say we’ve ever met. She had the sweetest smile, she informed us that drinks were taking a little longer than expected but her and the boy in there were trying to get them out as fast as they could. Let me tell you, she killed it!! she made our drinks so fast and they tasted amazing. She talked to us the entire time, seriously the best experience I’ve ever had at a Dutch bros before. I believe her name was Alejandra, im sorry if I spelled that wrong but girl keep up the great work!! We will definitely be back

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!
What flavors do you offer?
Flavors offered at most locations include almond (orgeat), banana, blackberry, blue raspberry, cane sugar syrup, chocolate macadamia nut, cinnamon, coconut, creme de menthe, cupcake, hazelnut, Irish cream, kiwi, lime, orange, passionfruit, peach, pomegranate, red raspberry, ruby red grapefruit, salted caramel, strawberry, vanilla, watermelon, pineapple, white chocolate, chocolate and caramel.

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Do you deliver?
While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!
Where can I buy gift cards?
Gift cards are available at any of our locations, as well as on our website!
Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
