  Their drinks are good and the employees are really nice but they need a better method of getting traffic through. I ordered ahead on the app and I still was in line for almost 30 minutes past my pick up time to get an iced drink. It tasted a little watered down as well because it was probably sitting there for the 20-30 minutes. I’ve done the pick up window as well and have sat there for about 10 minutes waiting for a drink and the freezing cold. There are plenty of coffee shops around here that are just as good that I don’t have to wait for a long periods of time. The wait alone is making me never want to come here again.

  Twice in a row I’ve waited over twenty minutes after the time the app told me that my order would be ready. Last time, they handed me a drink with a broken cup so it leaked all over my car and then this last time I had to ask for a refund because I had waited over twenty minutes past the time that my order-ahead said it would be done and I was going to be late for work. I feel bad because it seems that they are understaffed and the staff working is friendly, but they need to turn off preordering or something because people who order ahead are usually doing so for a reason, because they have somewhere to be. The drinks are good, but waiting that long for a drink you ordered ahead is not okay.

  Dutch bros on speedway and noblesville have better tasting . I always order golden eagle , light on ice . They gave me the opposite plus my coffee only tasted like milk no coffee 🤧😭. Sad I couldn’t enjoy my coffee today . Never again comming back ! Plus asked for extra cold foam . 🙄 NASTY . Husband asked for a chocolate straberry but for some reason tasted like a bad banana chocolate shake with strawberry

  Honestly out of all the 3 dutch bros ive been to this has been by far the worst ive been too. First of all the customer servcie was HORRIBLE on top of that they act all high and mighty when they cant the most simple drink ever. I ordered a h20,redbull, and greentea and they forgot to add the additional toppings I asked for, which I found crazy because I had paid for those inclusions. Dutch Bros on 38th street was by far the best one ive been too. So dont waste your time going to this one.

  Another incredibly slow experience this morning. After preordering, I waited nearly 25 minutes for a simple breve latte. There were people around that had ordered 30-40 minutes before and not received their drinks. I can understand falling behind, but dear lord, STOP TAKING ORDERS. Shut off the preorders on the app and warn people of the wait time. A woman walked up to the window and they still took the order instead of warning her; those of us standing around thought she had preordered, or else we would have warned her. Great coffee and much cheaper than Starbucks down the streets, but come on, some of us need to get to work and can't stand around for 30 minutes for a coffee.
