  It is 8:18pm, they close at 9:00pm according to Google, so why are all the doors locked and I can see at least 3 employees inside and all the lights are on? This is the last time I’m ever giving the entire Dunkin’ chain a chance for my business. Update your hours to close whenever you want to but stick to whatever you have posted as your operating hours. Ridiculous.

  One, I can’t understand the Indian lady for my life like she mumbles with an acccent. and I have to clarify like 5x until she understands. Two, they do not care to make your drink how you ask just how it’s supposed to be made. Idk how many times I’ve asked for no foam and I am still handed a medium cup with mostly foam in it. It’s ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

  Dunkin had one job make a matcha with less ice and what did I get a matcha loaded wit ice. I mean its ridiculous the ice is to the top of the cup! The drink is almost $7 and I got a cup full of ice very dissatisfied and super mad I couldn't take it back since I was headed to work.

  well if i tried to imagine a worse place for service i could not. its not one time it, no it is each and every time. i only went back bc i got a gift card for the holidays. they had no food, they had no drinks, they have no manners. how do they stay open? oh and yet again i was greeted by several people simultaneously which is horrific and confusing then prompty treated rudely by all of them. is this a practical joke store for the purpose of satire. id never buy anything here w real money even if they did have coffee....

  Trouble! Is the first word that comes to mind when asked about my Dunkin donuts experience! I ordered a brown sugar almond macchiato it taste like old coffee with a splash of milk and one teaspoon of sugar. I can honestly say it is the worst coffee drink I’ve ever had in my life at any coffee shop I’ve ever been to across the country! Donuts were old and dry like we got the ones getting thrown away. Then when I tried to call the store, it rings and rings and rings and goes to an automated service for a cell phone. I tried calling the other three locations same issue. Dunkin has horrible customer service and really needs to step it up! I usually go to Starbucks, but I was trying Dunkins out back to Starbucks I go do not go to the store horrible!!
