I ordered a brown sugar almond macchiato it taste like old coffee with a splash of milk and one teaspoon of sugar. I can honestly say it is the worst coffee drink I’ve ever had in my life at any coffee shop I’ve ever been to across the country! Donuts were old and dry like we got the ones getting thrown away. Then when I tried to call the store, it rings and rings and rings and goes to an automated service for a cell phone. I tried calling the other three locations same issue. Dunkin has horrible customer service and really needs to step it up! I usually go to Starbucks, but I was trying Dunkins out back to Starbucks I go do not go to the store horrible!!

My partner got three donuts and said they were fresh and still warm, which was definitely a plus. Customer service wasn’t bad at all, and the ordering process was smooth and easy. Overall, it was an okay experience some items were better than others.

If you ask for something made how you want it they get mad and now everytime I go here they mess my order up on purpose .i confronted them about them out of no where being rude to me changing the rules . The curse they sit on the counter and the bacon they serve old . The workers that have been working here change the rules every time you come . They will not serve you food hot. They refuse to satisfy any customers . Never come here . They will never make any of your food or drinks how you want then tell you it’s a “rule “ which is a lie I would do less than a 1 star .
