We provide free dental, medical, substance abuse treatment, and supportive services to folks who often have nowhere else to turn, and these treats were going to brighten a pretty tough morning for a lot of people. From the moment I stepped to the counter, every single employee jumped in like it was their own mission. They didn’t just take the order – they smiled, asked questions to make sure we had enough, threw in extra cups/lids/napkins without being asked, and even offered to help carry everything to my car when they saw how much it was. Three team members grabbed boxes and walked it all out to my vehicle in the cold, loading it with genuine care. That kind of above-and-beyond doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when people actually care, and this crew clearly does. You made a real difference for our neighbors today. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts – we are so appreciative and truly blessed by your kindness. This location has earned a customer (and a whole nonprofit) for life. Highly, highly recommend!
