Today was national coffee day so I was excited about having a free coffee. When I go to make the small purchase for my coffee the employee and manager let me know I no longer could have it due to already using the QR promo code at the other location. Neither of them were willing to help me and I had a stressful day prior to this and just wanted to enjoy a coffee. Needless to say I will not be returning to Dunkin’ Donuts. There are WAY better coffee shops and donut shops literally everywhere anyway.
