- KKkaylaFeb 6, 20261.0Asked for a decaf coffee but was given a caffeinated coffee LABELED as a decaf. A mistake such as this one is most definitely not a minor one, some people have issues such as heart problems or severe anxiety and cannot handle any amount of caffeine. This surely wasn't trace amounts of caffeine, as I'm incredibly dizzy, anxious, and jittery as I'm typing this. I have an interview tomorrow morning and this incident has majorly thrown off my sleep schedule. The customer service was also terrible. If I were you I wouldn't ever visit this location considering the fact that they don't care about customers and their satisfaction to any degree.

Also when I got my order I had to go BACK to the store because they made it wrong. I don’t know who owns this Dunkin. But the attitudes aren’t good on the morning shift.

- JRJuan RodriguezOct 27, 20255.0This is the closest DD to our home but it used to be run poorly in the past: no service because machines were clean two hours before closing, no donuts early in the afternoon, long lines for the bare minimum. But a year or more ago the place was run by truly professionals who always prepare your order fast and efficiently. They recognize you and value you as a return customer and sometimes they even add a few extra donut holes or treats for being a return customer. The place is still small inside, but the drive-through experience is amazing. The road has been recently paved and the place is open for longer shifts and hours. A much needed and welcomed change who made us return to it more than we should, to be honest. ;-)
