- MSMadison Sanders1 day ago1.0If I could rate this location a 0, I would. Sat at the menu board for 15 minutes. Ended up driving to the window and the man that was working was very rude and refused our service because we didn’t order at the menu board.

Whoever runs this store is horrible and isn’t doing their job every-time I come they say they are out of all the winter lattes I said ok can I get a reg dunkalatte she says they are out I said ok well tell me what you have she says with attitude “coffee” I had to hold my composure and just drive off. How are you a coffee shop but no coffee lol but then the clerk contradicts herself and cannot even try to be kind just to tell me anything they have similar just says “coffee” but anything I say you are out of. I’m done with my Dunkin band wagon I will stick with Starbucks because they would never ever be this rude even if they are out of something. They actually recommend and help!
