  Please tell me why it’s okay for people to straight up lie to customers here? We placed a $60 order on 2/15/26 that included a nearly $10 salad (they aren’t that good from experience, but whatever). The order was delivered but the salad was missing. Cool, fine, things happen. I called the store on 2/16 and asked for a refund on it. The girl who answered assured me she refunded the salad back to my credit card. I even asked and made sure the amount would go to the card and she said yes. A few days pass and I don’t see a credit back to my card. Tell me why I just got off the line with another guy at the store who bluntly told me she lied to me because they don’t have the capability to refund back to the card. They can only issue store credit. And that that entire conversation with the girl wasn’t recorded. Had I not called back questioning it, Donato’s would have just eaten that $10 after having lied to me. Dude said he gave me credit, but how am I supposed to know? You can have that money, Donato’s. You lost a customer tonight. Look me up in your system, I’ve placed a bunch of orders in the past. But I draw the line at being outright lied to.

  Sandy is amazing! Great attitude and service! She has helped out with a couple of our lunch meeting meals and always has our order exact and on time!

  I Work near by and this place has always been a great and quick place to get lunch. The service has always been top notch aswell. 10/10 place.

  Rude staff. Made our pizza wrong then got mad about it. Blamed the AI and said “sorry bout you”. Waste of time and money.

  Do not pick up from here as a door dash driver the lady working behind the counter would rather joke around in the back than give you your order. Then she goes back gets the order and leaves it there for 10 minuets and prepares other orders when she knows a driver is waiting for the order. Absolutely unacceptable.
