I wouldn’t be surprised to see this place on the news. Going to rub the wrong person the wrong way, one of these days. I mean it is Lawrence.. I would expect no less. She didn’t give me her name and appears to be trending at this location. Your breadsticks are good but not that good. Waiting for the next store to fill this location. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

My order was delivered by doordash and he dropped it on my front porch in front of me and just looked at me. The order was missing a drink, the cheese for the breadsticks, and the sour cream for the mariachi pizza. She wanted to offer me a credit for my breadsticks towards my next order. I will NEVER order from them again!!! The right thing to do in management is to refund an entire order when it is this poorly handled. I really hope Donato's upper management reads these reviews and course corrects because this a poor way to run a business and to have a manager that has no coping skills to fix customers issues and to refund their money for items they never received.
