  I placed an order for pick up. Was told to arrive at 4:41pm. I sat at the window for over 10 minutes. Knocked on the window to be given the hand from one of the employees telling me to wait. When she came to the window three minutes later I was told that she’s the only one working and she’s busy and had to start other pizzas. Decent Customer Service would’ve been for her to acknowledge me sitting at the window and let me know. It will be a few more minutes for my pizza. Instead, I the customer was asked to understand that Donatos is short staffed yet my money was taken right away when I placed the order. I work in the Customer Service field and understand that things get busy, chaotic and shortstaffed, but had I been acknowledged when I pulled up to the window and told that it was going to be a few more minutes I would’ve gladly accepted that. It was unacceptable for me to spend almost $45 on pizza and not being acknowledged as a customer, and to be given the hand signaling for me to wait without being acknowledged.

  When I first showed up to pick up my Pizza at the time they gave me, it took them an extra 10 minutes to finish my Pizza. Then when I got home realized they gave me the wrong Pizza, I finally went back up to get the right Pizza. It took almost 5 minutes for them to come back to the window again.

  in the drive thru as im typing this. My order was supposed to be ready by 9:43… currently 9:51 and still waiting. mind u I got here at 9:30pm been in the drive thru just wasting gas since. I recommend the Indiana Ave & 10th street location better they have faster snd better service

  Love the pizza but this location has always had slow service. I show up at the pick up time stated but no one is ever at the pick up window. I always have to wait upwards of 10 minutes for someone to come to the window. Many employees look over but never walk up. Order delivery if possible… or you’ll be waitjng

  Ordered on Donatos App. Arrived 10 mins after estimated pick up time, they had not put it in the oven yet. Did not appear to be particularly busy, just seemed like they did not care.
