  This is the 3rd time I have ordered from this same store, and every pizza was poorly made. I always carry out, on the past two occasions, I requested extra red sauce and cheese on a pepperoni/ sausage large. The pizza is never cut into slices. Each one is just crust, with limited toppings. This time, instead of ordering from a Domino's further away, I decided against my wife's suggestion to go to 4015 E Southport Rd Ste C, and instead I ordered from the same store, 8144 E. Southport Road again. I ordered a simple Large Cheese pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese. What I got was a crust-only pizza -no sauce -handful of cheese. It was the worst then store bought pizza frozen at Walmart. The employees were no help as my order stayed on the rack for 2 minutes while I waited. By the way, I was the only customer in the store. I'm done with this location 8144 E. Southport.

  I called this place, and someone answered and took my order. When I asked for the price, they said something, and I asked for clarification, but they just hung up.. he heard me twice.

  I had a terrible experience at this Domino's store. I waited for over an hour to pick up my order, even though the DoorDash app said it was ready. When I went inside, the staff avoided me and weren't helpful at all. To make matters worse, they ended up giving my order to someone else. The whole experience was frustrating, and I felt discriminated against. I would not recommend this store 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

  Absolute chaos and incompetence This Domino’s is severely mismanaged. A simple car pickup turned into a 45+ minute wait, including 35 minutes inside the store, surrounded by angry and frustrated customers. The app showed orders as ready, while employees insisted they weren’t. Customers had to show staff how to locate their own orders. Employees were pulling food from different orders just to piece together one complete order at a time. My order was only found after I showed proof in the app. After waiting that long, a customer asked for marinara sauce and was told it would be extra. Only after complaining about the poor service was it handed over rudely. No courtesy. No apology. No accountability. To make things worse, the food itself was disappointing. The garlic bites and Parmesan bites were extremely bland, with almost no flavor at all. Staff offered refunds instead of fixing the obvious problems, and one customer was nearly denied food simply for saying they would leave a review. That alone says a lot about how this place is being run. This wasn’t busy, it was broken. Domino’s should be embarrassed by this location. The only good thing? Papa John’s is next door.
