- MFMz.T & FamilyNov 7, 20251.0Placed an online order got order and seen one of the pizzas was wrong.. called them they offered either a store credit, refund or replacement I chose replacement since that pizza was for my kids...was told 30mins never received my replacement so I called back they told me the driver delivered my replacement already...I have a ring camera and a dog so I would've been alerted two ways if someone was at my door....so I proceed to tell the manager that the driver delivered to the wrong address he tells me no he didn't cause he has your address...I'm like I can come up there and show you my camera footage that he never came to my door..he says no I don't want to see that....I will never order from this location again

I called the store and was lied to, disrespected and gaslit before being hung up on because I declined them remaking my order to be delivered another hour later or possibly tampered with! I contacted corporate and I will be refunded fully. This store needs to be shut down. Domino's has lost a loyal customer. Too many times I have had to deal with screwups and clowns thinking it's funny. Learn accountibility and respect for your customers or find another job! Take your sorry 20% off your next order or a free medium to make it right and shove it. There won't be a next time!
