Called about an hour after we placed the order and it was marked as delivered so we thought maybe the driver accidentally marked it as delivered. When we called we were told the delivery driver had just left the store. Called about half an hour/forty five minutes later and the person that answered the phone tried to call the delivery driver and they weren't able to get in contact with the driver.

I got a wrong pizza on a delivery order, then another wrong pizza was sent out to replace it, then nothing else came so I had to go in myself and wait while they made the right one. They have no system for handling botched orders, so if it happens (which judging from the other reviews is frequently) you are sent into this hell spiral that you can only escape by brute force. What should happen is when an order is wrong, they call it back up, it goes to the front of the line, and it gets remade immediately. I'm cranky that I spent an hour and a half of my evening on this when I could have made a frozen pizza in 15 minutes.
