  When did Domino's start taking an hour and a half to get a pizza made for pickup.

  Used to be my favorite place to order! On Monday I placed an order. The $9.99 any size and any topping, $2.99 16 piece bread bites, & lava cakes then sauces. I get a call on the way talking about they don’t have chicken bites, cool I didn’t order them I repeated my order over the phone and they just hung up on me. I got there paid at the window worker clearly blitzed. I drive from Mooresville, we got all the way home to not even to have my order. Not my pizza, no lava cakes (cookie brownie is what I got) , and plain bread bites. I called the store told them I didn’t receive my order this is someone else’s order. I heard a guy in the back said oh yeah hers is right here then I get hung up on. I then call back. They claim there was technical issues and offered me to come back and pick my order up. Because I live in Mooresville and it’s going to be cold by the time I get back I don’t want a pizza that’s been sitting over an hour then offered to remake it completely or give me a credit. I asked if he could just put the credit on my account. He said that he would, he read back my order to me said it would be under my phone number. I placed the order tonight for my exact same order but added a 2 L which I understood I would’ve needed to pay out-of-pocket for that to get all the way there for them to tell me there’s no credit on my account and there’s nothing that they can do about it. The shift lead was very rude at the window. I hesitated to even pay for the order again because I was supposed to have a credit for an order that I did not even receive. So came out of pocket again. Conveniently they don’t know any of the managers names. And there was no one they could call and there was no one that would help me. If I could give zero stars, I would. Now I’m gonna have to jump through hoops and speak with management if I can ever talk to one.

  I had an issue with my order that my husband decided to make when I picked it up it was wrong or I got the wrong order. I went inside and the young man with the tattoos was very kind and helped me get my order right. Everyone was so friendly, Got my order corrected and was out the door 10 minutes later. Thank you dominos! We will be back.

  The delivery person was rude I mean RUDE! rude! They forgot an item I called the store they replaced the delivery person came back and literally just shoved the item at me (same delivery person from the first time) and turned and walked away. I have never had such rude service from Domino's in my life. If you hate your job so much that you have to be rude to customers get a new job!
