  Like many others before me, I never received my delivery order. The store never answered the phone when I called. My only hope now is to report the charge as fraud to my credit card company. Never order from this location ever!

  If I could give zero I would. I placed an order for a family member, received a call saying the driver was there. We checked no food had been delivered. I called the driver back he didn’t answer, I called the store and they basically said it was impossible he had arrived as he had just left the store 3 minutes prior. We agreed to wait, an hour goes by still no food. I call the store back manager tells me to be check the nearby houses and if we can’t locate the order they will refund it. I called back to let them no there’s no food the manager refuses to come to the phone. Has the employee tell me there driver went to the wrong house and my options are have the order remade (we’ve been waiting 2 hours at this point) or a store credit. I said neither was acceptable and I wanted a refund as I will no longer be doing business with this location. I was placed on hold then hung up on. Don’t order from this location, extremely poor customer service.

  This used to be a good location. The last few times we've ordered, it's taken over an hour whether delivery or pickup. Management was unapologetic and said their pizza tracker is messed up but that still doesn't excuse poor service and a pizza taking more than an hour to be ready. Order elsewhere.

  If I could give this store a zero I would I came to the store and the girl named Abby gave me a difficult time with my order. I had just made one order came back up to make a second order and she tried to tell me that I didn’t have a second order, then threatened to call the police on me. Just for asking for my pizza no threats were made on my end. I will never order from this place again horrible place. Also unsanitary nobody wears gloves and there’s a black girl who kept scratching her braids, and she kept touching the food with her bare hands, and they don’t wash their hands after they touch money or everything else. Their hands are dirty.
