It's burnt and under cooked at the same time. Sounds crazy but yes! Got the pan crust, the edges are burnt but the middle of the pizza is soggy. If I didn't have a sick toddler I'd definitely would have returned it but I don't want to bring my sick kid back out. No one said a word when I walked in, they both just kept doing what there were already doing until I made eye contact with one and said I had an online order. That's also never happened. I'm really hoping this was just a bad night and not something I will have to deal with again in the future.
