They hadn’t started prepping it before I asked. I understand being short staffed and I’m not blaming the staff, but this is a stain on hiring managers. The timer in the app was worthless because it said it should only take 30 minutes. I will not be returning to this location. Do better, hire holiday help.

I will say the delivery driver was kind but could barely speak English, and was not any help in answering my questions about what happened at the store. And the reason why things were so late. I understand that last night was a cold night and the roads were not the best but it took almost 2 hours for them to even start making my pizza. If they're going to be that late they should let people know and they can order from another chain!!!!
