Everything about this place gives me the ick.
Everything is slow. It took 15 minutes to get our happy hour cocktails while sitting at the bar. And then it took over 30 minutes for our food to come out.
Several games were broken and not available to play. Games that should have been de-activated because they were actually broken were still on & still taking your money. Many of the games were sticky & had residue on them.
Do yourself a favor… instead of coming to Dave & Busters go to any of these places to experience something better:
-an elementary school cafeteria for something to eat
-Temu for cheap plastic toys
-Hot Topic for ‘00s nostalgia
Actually better yet, just drive up to Anderson and just go to the casino. You’ll get better food, better drinks, better service & you can still be overstimulated by flashing lights and “playing games”

This place is so trash. I wish I could give 0 stars. Waited at the hostess stand for forever. Went to the bar area, bartenders acted like I was standing there. Asked the server that came by she sent me back to the front. Waited in line and she said to stand near the hostess stand. I informed her of what I already did and she told me there wasn’t a host they are short staff so I didn’t understand why I would be standing at a hostess stand. I stood there anyways and the manager came and basically told me to when sitting at a table at the bar the bartenders don’t have to serve me [which I understand their main concern is the bar top] but he also said if a server wants to be nice they can pick up my table but they don’t have to serve me.
I was so ready to go at this point. Why are you even open if you don’t have staff? Why aren’t you trying to fully staff this place? It was national margarita day so there should have been an over staff. The bartender sat and complained about his day. This place gets worse every time I go. I hope it’s just the one in castleton. But the castleton one doesn’t make me when wanna drive to greenwood to see if it’s better. Dave & Busters needs a revamp. The food isn’t even that good to wanna go

I came to Dave & Buster’s to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Our server, a young Caucasian girl with red hair, was rude from the moment we sat down. She told us it was happy hour even though the menu clearly stated it was only Monday–Friday. When I pointed that out, she brushed it off and said she “got her days mixed up.”
When I asked which drinks were most popular, she said she wasn’t 21 and didn’t know. That was fine, but then she told me the margaritas were “mostly juice” even though the menu clearly lists tequila. Her attitude was dismissive the entire time.
It took her 15 minutes just to bring six waters and one lemonade, and then she told us our margaritas would take even longer. We were only in town for the day and didn’t have another 30 minutes to wait. When I told her we would just leave and she didn’t need to unload the waters, she rolled her eyes and got smart with me. Then she asked if we were “going to pay for the drinks,” even though all she brought was water. When I said there was nothing to pay for, she replied, “That’s what I thought,” and walked off.
We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome the entire time. I don’t understand why someone under 21 with no drink knowledge and such a negative attitude would be assigned to a table celebrating a 21st birthday. This was not the experience we expected, and I will not be returning. & yes we had a reservation that specifically states my son’s 21st birthday.

So many games broken which seems to be a common complaint for a while now. Seems like they need to do a major overhaul of the place. I was disappointed a lot of the ones I wanted to play didn’t work. Some even took credits and didn’t work. No one was around to ask for help or how to get my chips back. Food was okay. Service was very slow. I think we spent more time waiting on food and eating than actually playing. Left with some chips still left because just not much to do. Was also so excited for the human crane, got there and only had inflatable bananas in it so wasn’t worth spending $20 on that. Went for my birthday and left disappointed overall. Not the Dave and busters I remember.

While visiting my nephews, they suggested going to Dave & Buster's so the kids can play games. It was our first time visiting.
We arrived and stood in line to purchase two game cards totaling $130 (receipt time: 6:33 p.m.). After that, we waited again to be seated and were informed that they were short-staffed — which was evident.
Our server, NaeNae, was truly the highlight of our visit. She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful — the epitome of great customer service. Although the food took quite a while to come out, NaeNae brought each item out as soon as it was ready.
Unfortunately, my nephew and I did not receive our meals until 8:40 p.m., which was a significant delay.
Before placing our food order, we noticed on the menu that game cards were offered at a lower price for dine-in guests. We went to the front desk to ask if we could exchange the game cards we had already purchased. The employee informed us that he could not switch them out, but said he would speak with our server and apply a discount to the two game cards we planned to purchase from the dine-in menu. He left before talking to our server.
Additionally, the women’s restroom was not clean during our visit.
